Properties

Developed online business and sales strategy for www.BigGreenWeb.com - a directory for green businesses
and green consumers. This includes managing all aspects of the site, from supervising
installation, to implementing strategies for traffic generation, promotion, sales and marketing
and developing customer service processes.

Developed website, online business and sales strategy, and business automation processes for
www.FreeTipsForGoingGreen.com. The purpose of this
site is to grow a database of green consumers by providing subscribers with one practical daily
tip on green living. I am responsible for all aspects of this site, from installation, to
management, to promotion.

purpose of this site is to provide additional exposure to green businesses listed on
BigGreenWeb.com's business directory, and educate more consumers to be green. I am responsible for

site. The purpose of this site is to help grow an online community for green living and
sustainability that will create further exposure for green businesses and increase the number of
green consumers the business will be able to reach.

Additional work performed in this project includes supervising the creation of information products
(e.g. " Going Green And Saving Green" guide) to generate more exposure and leads for
the business, creating sales and marketing materials, setting up distribution channels for these
products on Clickbank.com (to increase sales through affiliates), Amazon Kindle, Lulu.com and
various other channels, and setting up pages and profiles on YouTube.com, Twitter and Facebook.

BeadHuddle.com - Online community for beading enthusiasts

Developed online business and sales strategy for www.BeadHuddle.com - an online community for beading enthusiasts and
beading related discussions. This includes managing all aspects of the site, from installing
and customising the social networking application that powers the site, to implementing
strategies for traffic generation, promotion, sales and marketing and developing customer
service processes.

Implemented PPC online advertising to generate initial boost of traffic and exposure for the site.

Implemented SEO strategies to get BeadHuddle.com top search engine rankings for terms like "online
beading community"

Created automated traffic generation and growth strategies for BeadHuddle.com by utilizing various
methods, such as article marketing, social media marketing (see www.facebook.com/beading), video marketing, and joint-venturing with a
best-selling ebook about beading called The Complete Bead Guide, which I am also responsible for developing (see
below for more details).

of content creation, SEO and traffic generation, and advising the client on strategic
opportunities to grow the business online.

Created an online sales plan and SEO strategy for the company's website.

Set up and managed online PPC advertising campaign using Google Adwords to drive traffic to the site.
This has exploded their sales online and has become their main form of advertising ( see their testimonial here).

Also, created online sales letter for the site's home page, created subscriber opt-in system and
scripted their sales video, which have contributed to improved lead generation and sales conversion.

Additional Projects

Implemented various automated online processes to create "hand-free" traffic to my own personal
websites and online businesses. This has resulted in over 30,000 visitors a month coming to my sites,
and increased sales of various products promoted on these sites and subscriber lists.

- 2007
Business Coach -Mr. A. Electrics
Contracted by this QLD based electrical company to help grow the business from a sole
trader to a franchise-ready operation.
During the 18 month period of my contract, some of the results I was directly responsible for
achieving include:

Helping to completely transform the business through the development and implementation of streamlined
business systems, sales and marketing strategies, creation of documented operation manuals, etc.

Growing the business from a small operation consisting of the owner, his wife and three tradesmen, to a
team of 13 full time staff. The systems not only brought the business into significant profit, it also
allowed the business owners to step back from the operational aspects of the business and regain family
time.

Identifying new opportunities to keep the business operating at full capacity all year round.

Developing a sales system that has given the business dominance in the local market for general
electrical and real estate rental property maintenance services.

2004 - 2006
Internet Marketing & Online Publishing
Some of the projects I was involved with during this period include:

Setting up AudioBookOne.net - an e-commerce store for downloadable audio books, and
growing an affiliate sales base for this site.

Setting up an eBay site for selling consumer electronics and downloadable info products such as
The Complete Bead Guide (see below).

Researching the market for new online business opportunities, then creating and promoting a
downloadable info product, called The Complete Bead Guide and implementing an automated lead generation and
sales system for the site ( www.CompleteBeadGuide.com). This ebook, created in 2005, continues to sell an
average of 3-4 copies a week online, despite the fact that I have stopped actively promoting and
marketing it three months after its launch. All existing sales come from affiliates and organic
SEO and lead generation strategies implemented way back then.

Creating and managing PPC campaigns to promote various affiliate offers. To date I have set up and
managed dozens of Google AdWords campaigns bidding on thousands of keywords, and written hundreds of
ads that generated over 300,000 clicks for various client and affiliate campaigns at minimum cost.

Sales Team Leader - TeamGlobe International
Leading direct sales team leader for TeamGlobe International, a company that began promoting web
services through referral marketing.
During this time, I developed a sales presentation and training system, and grew a large, active
sales organization using my system to recruit and train hundreds of new distributors. I was also involved in the
development of new products and training courses for the company.

In 2000, I also launched my first online / e-commerce business: AustralianPrints.com - an online retailer of australian art prints and
reproductions.
1997 - 1999
Direct Sales Representative - N/A/T/O International
Served as one of the company's leading sales presenters and trainers in Australia.
Export Marketing Manager – Brillena Pty
Working directly with the directors of Brillena Pty Ltd, a family-owned enterprise, I was
responsible for:

Developing a successful export channel for kangaroo meat in Brazil.

My duties and responsibilities included servicing the internal needs of the company for graphic
design, printed materials and publications. This position lasted until early 1997.
1992 - 1994
Instructor And Software Trainer - Careers English Business College
My responsibilities in this role included:

During this time I also began to provide a range of Portuguese Language Services to various

Overseas Travel And Work Experience
From January 1991 to April 1992, I travelled and lived overseas, exploring countries like
Brazil, the US and Canada. During my travels I worked in an Advertising Agency and
Art Gallery doing picture framing and in-store sales in the Yukon Territory, as well as other various
jobs.

From 1988 to 1991, I worked for Fujitsu Australia, in Chatswood, NSW in their Publishing
Department.
